Port City Life magazine has been acquired by the publishers of Maine Home+Design. At a time when print media continue to get slammed, here is some good news. These two beautifully designed publications are now going to be housed under one roof. The editorial, design, and sales teams will remain separate, so readers can still look forward to the distinctive look, feel, and personalities of their monthly editions of Maine Home+Design and Port City Life. Laurie Hyndman will continue to lead the Port City Life team as managing editor, while Kevin Thomas and Susan Kelley will oversee both publications. Distribution of each magazine will top 30,000 this summer.
