  • Maine Basketball, LLC leased 2,076± SF of retail/office space at 415 Congress Street, Portland, from 415 Congress St. Properties, LP.  Maine Basketball is the entity behind the recently announced Portland, Maine franchise for the NBA Development League.
  • Spurwink Services leased 5,484± SF of medical office and service space at 50 Park Road, Westbrook.
  • Wright Express renewed its lease at 75 Darling Avenue, South Portland.
  • Allagash Brewing Company has leased 3,250± SF of warehouse space at 53 Industrial Way, Portland.
  • Goodwill Industries of Northern New England purchased the former Dave Gould Ford property located at 15 Downeast Highway, Ellsworth.
  • Rockwell Automation renewed its lease at 202 Gannett Drive in South Portland.
  • Healthcare Solutions has leased 1,500± SF of office space at 170 US Route One, Falmouth.
  • GDG Associates, LLC purchased 1075 Lisbon Street, Lewiston from the Pellerin Family Trust.
  • NH Bragg renewed its lease of 6,500± SF of warehouse space at 17 Patrick Drive, Westbrook.
  • WE 100 Larrabee Road LLC, an affiliate of Winstanley Enterprises LLC, purchased the 101,250± SF single-story Larrabee Complex located at 100 Main Street, Westbrook.
  • Enterprise Growth Solutions leased a small office suite at Pineland Farms in New Gloucester, Maine.
  • Vector Marketing leased 1,335± SF of office space at 4 Delta Drive, the Delta Business Park, in Westbrook.
  • Velocity Express, Inc. leased 18,565± SF of warehouse space in the Saunders Business Park located at 15 Saunders Way, Westbrook.
  • C & S Restaurants, LLC leased 2,691± SF of retail space at 245 Commercial Street, Portland.
  • Susan M. Collins leased 910± SF of office space at One Canal Plaza, Portland, Maine, from Perkins Thompson. Drew Sigfridson, SIOR, CBRE | The Boulos Company, represented the landlord and tenant in this transaction.
  • Concordia Partners leased 4,250± SF of office space at One Canal Plaza, Portland.
  • New England Family Institute has leased 2,800± SF of office space at 125 Presumpscot Street, the Roundhouse, Portland.
  • 3-C Electrical Co., Inc. has leased 4,000± SF of office/warehouse space at 79 Leighton Road, Augusta.
  • A lease for 15,520± SF of office space at 53 Darling Avenue, Portland, Maine to SXC Health Solutions Corporation has bee renewed.
