At a time when many fine dining establishments are fearful, Johnny Robinson decided to take his well known restaurant in Falmouth, Finch’s, change the name, totally renovate the interior, expand his bar and reopen his doors two weeks later, January 15th. Lo and behold, since that auspicious day, he’s been booked solid and the bar has been doing a handsome evening business. No tucking it in and waiting for fortune to come his way, this redhead is kicking butt and taking names!

According to Steve DiMillo, Valentine’s Day was the biggest day since DiMillo’s opened its doors 26 years ago.  And according to Steve, other local restaurants were packed on February 14. As an aside, the wait on Saturday, March 14 at DiMillo’s was about 30 minutes!
