Jim Harnden Becomes Partner at Malone

Founder and President Jim Harnden of Ram Harden Commercial Real Estate has announced that he will become a partner at Malone Commercial Brokers. Principal Roxane Cole has created a new firm, Roxane Cole Commercial Real Estate, LLC. Broker Matthew Barney will be joining forces with Jim at Malone. Office Manager Michelle Peacock will continue working in the same field as well.

Harden says, “these are exciting changes that promise many new opportunities. As we look forward we want to take a moment to thank our clients for the many opportunities to provide commercial real estate services to them over the years. Local tax filers sitting on $3.1 million to pump into local economy!

More than 3,000 hard-working families and individuals had their taxes prepared and electronically filed for free this tax season, thanks to CA$H Greater Portland and AARP Tax-Aide. Those who took advantage of this free service saved $500,000 in income tax filing fees and got back more than $700,000 in Earned Income Tax Credits (EITC). In total, $3.1 million in state and federal refunds were returned thanks to the efforts of 116 volunteers. Now that is Good News!
