Principal Roxane Cole has created a new firm, Roxane Cole Commercial Real Estate, LLC. Broker Matthew Barney will be joining forces with Jim at Malone. Office Manager Michelle Peacock will continue working in the same field as well.

More than 3,000 hard-working families and individuals had their taxes prepared and electronically filed for free this tax season, thanks to CA$H Greater Portland and AARP Tax-Aide. Those who took advantage of this free service saved $500,000 in income tax filing fees and got back more than $700,000 in Earned Income Tax Credits (EITC). In total, $3.1 million in state and federal refunds were returned thanks to the efforts of 116 volunteers. Now that is Good News!
